The Agreement

By using mercavo.shop or purchasing from Mercavo, you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally; the current version always lives on this page.

Products & Handmade Nature

All products are handmade and one of a kind. We describe sizes, materials and care as accurately as possible; minor variations are characteristic of artisan goods and are not defects. Colors may vary slightly between screens.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. Sales tax is not collected. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout; your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

We ship within the United States only, with free shipping on all orders. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or to your address, as applicable; damaged and lost shipments are handled per our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All site content, product photography and text are the property of Mercavo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
