30-Day Returns

If a piece is not right for your home, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@mercavo.shop for a return authorization. Returns are free of restocking fees; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Because every piece is handmade, please keep all original packaging until you are sure you are keeping it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Original shipping is always free, so there is nothing to deduct.

Damaged on Arrival

Send a photo of any damage within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately - no return needed for most items. Your patience with a photo helps us improve packing too.

Handmade Variations

Small variations in color, size and texture are inherent to handmade goods and are not defects. If you have questions about whether a piece will match your space, email us before ordering - we are happy to send extra photos.
