What We Collect

We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email and payment details (processed securely by Shopify - we never see your card number). We also collect anonymized analytics about how the site is used.

How We Use It

To fulfill orders, send shipping updates, answer your questions and - only if you subscribe - send our newsletter. We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies for cart functionality and optional analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart will simply not persist between visits.

Data Retention & Your Rights

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and warranty purposes. Email us at support@mercavo.shop at any time to request a copy of your data or its deletion, and we will respond within 30 days.

California Privacy Rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Contact support@mercavo.shop to exercise these rights.
